Meir Ezra - Orderly Progress Power

Many of those who wish to succeed find relief and an improved attitude from this quote:

"THE TOTALITY OF POWER IS ORDERLY PROGRESS."
-- L. Ron Hubbard

Discouragement and frustration from not making your goals quickly enough are resolved through orderly progress.

Do you ever get frustrated because your life is not the way you want it? Perhaps you are trying to skip steps necessary to reaching your goals. Instead of demanding PERFECTION TODAY!, focus on orderly progress and your odds of success are much higher.

Do you ever feel overwhelmed? If so, orderly progress becomes even more important. Confronting huge amounts of work is not overwhelming when you see yourself making orderly progress, even in small amounts, toward your goals.

Do you ever feel like you are losing ground or failing? If you map out your actual goal and move one inch closer on a regular basis, you have new power.

Do you ever feel like you are treading water and going nowhere? It is time for you to focus on some orderly progress.

How do you eat an elephant? How do you move a mountain? How do you reach huge goals? One mouthful, one rock and one step at a time.

Examples: giving a positive impression to one more person; learning one more new skill; lessening one bad habit, investing a few more dollars in savings. Daily progress in a specific direction creates long-term power when the progress is constant and orderly.

If you have been dissatisfied with your progress in life, or if you feel discouraged, overwhelmed or frustrated, make a list of orderly steps you can take every day and every week. Calm, direct, orderly steps.

Once you have your strategy worked out there is no need to worry about the past or the future-just concentrate on the present; on the steps of this plan. By putting order into your progress, nothing and nobody can stop you.

A mountain creek is more powerful than a granite boulder when the creek slowly and surely wears the boulder down. Orderly progress toward your goals starts with small, positive steps.

You can generate new power from this week forward. Deciding to have orderly progress is the first step.

Businesses Tips - Meir Ezra

I believe that life is what I make it to be, always has been and always will be… Some people look and try to understand… try to understand why… I, on the other hand, love to dream, dream of new things, things that have never before been tried or realized and ask why not – this is Meir Ezra

How Do You Create Profit?

Okay everyone. Good to be with you again. Meir Ezra here, and today I’m going to speak about – hmmm – finance. How do you create profit? How do you create profit?

You will see that whatever you give to an organization, any amount of money you give to an organization, they have talent – an exceptional talent – to waste it. To spend it.

So any amount of money that you give to an organization, they will spend it. What are you going to do about it? How can you create profit as the owner?

Only one way: make a lot of money and hide it. Find legitimate excuses to hide the money you make. You need to let the organization genuinely think there’s no money, so the demand for production will go up, and your reserves will go up. It’s very simple.

You, as the owner must communicate to the organization that there is scarcity – not enough money. They, in return, will give you increased production. You, in return, will pay them more, but tell them that there is not enough money.

This all has to be legitimate. They have to really believe that there’s no money. You should not have access to that money, because otherwise you will spend it, especially if you are the founder and the CEO. If you are separated, it’s different.

But as long as you are the founder and the CEO, you will spend more than you need. Anyone that’s in a start up or business that all of a sudden has some kind of financial difficulties, realize that he can manage with much, much, much less. No problem, he can do that.

Continue to move with much less money. An organization can become always more efficient, and can always generate more money. It’s got to do with the demand for production, and hiding of money.

How, exactly? What do you do? Financial success, of course, is your answer. We deliver a course. We deliver seminars in how to manage finances. What to do in order to make money with money. What are the exact laws of money? What is finance? What’s the history of money? Why money? How does it work? What is inflation? What is deflation? What’s going to happen? How to run your financial situation and improve it, and never fail financially. Never.

If you want to learn how, come to the seminar. Your life will change. It is amazing. So simple, so powerful. Come to the seminar. I’m looking forward to it. Thank you.

Meir Ezra - The Financial Expansion

The only value a person has is in how many people he can help.  A person’s bank account never determines ones value. – Meir Ezra

Meir is an international entrepreneur with multi-million dollar businesses and clients in the US, Canada, Israel, Italy, Colombia, Russia, India, China, Romania, the Dominican Republic, South Africa, Germany, the Czech Republic, Turkey and many others.

Finance is the subject of controlling or handling the money of an organization, country or individual.

Being able to use the laws of finance will ensure you will control money, and therefore, will have money.

While finance is a very important subject, it is a simple subject; and yet most people seem to have a lot of problems with controlling or handling money.

This seminar will teach you the exact technology of controlling your finances - and therefore the result will be financial success.

By learning the rules to viability and prosperity, you will become the cause, and no longer the effect, over your personal and business finances.

Finance has a very exact set of SIMPLE rules that, if followed, you simply can not fail. If you ever failed financially, you violated these rules. And they are so simple!

Meir Ezra was also a regular guest on The Odeta Show (The Oprah of Israel) and would speak on topics ranging from business to parenting.

Leading to Serve by Meir Ezra

I believe that life is what I make it to be, always has been and always will be… Some people look and try to understand… try to understand why… I, on the other hand, love to dream, dream of new things, things that have never before been tried or realized and ask why not – this is Meir Ezra

After working for five years as a car salesman, Jim was promoted to the sales manager position. During his first week as manager, he decided he needed to show everyone who was boss.

Jim cracked the whip. He held a meeting and told the other sales people, "I want 10 cars sold today or someone will get fired!"

Jim was pushy, demanding and angry. The sales people ran around looking busy and avoiding Jim. Everyone tried to force customers to buy cars, but car sales dropped.

Jim yelled even louder. "You can't sells cars by pressuring customers, you idiots! Now get out there and sell these stupid cars!"

After a month of this, his two best sales people quit. Sales dropped even further. The car dealership owner said, "Jim, if you can't turn sales around, I'm afraid I'll need to get another sales manager."

Jim said, "I can't believe this! What am I doing wrong?"

Five Bad Leadership Attitudes

Like many new managers, Jim did not really understand his role as a leader. He and many other managers have these wrong ideas about managing people.

1. "Because I'm the manager, you better respect me . . . or else!"

2. "People are lazy and so I need to force them to work."

3. "I am superior to everyone here which is why I can do anything I want."

4. "If you work for me, you need to kiss my butt."

5. "If you don't like how I run things, you can leave."

Because of these attitudes, Jim's staff were selling fewer cars and looking for other jobs. If Jim did not change his attitude, he would also be looking for a new job soon.

Just in time, Jim learned this vital fact about management.

More Valuable than Money by Meir Ezra

As you know, your income depends on other people. You give them something valuable and they give you money. So even if you think you have nothing to exchange, you have one valuable item that people want from you

"Approval and validation* are often far more valuable than material* rewards and are usually worked for far harder than mere pay."
-- L. Ron Hubbard (*validation: confirm something or someone is true, genuine) (*material: physical)

In a Gallup Organization poll of 2,000 workers, 69% said praise and recognition from their bosses is more motivating than money. Four out of five workers said recognition or praise motivates them to do a better job.

Studies by the US Army prove that soldiers improve their performance 90% of the time when praised and 30% of the time when criticized. But officers in the US Army still prefer to criticize and rarely praise anyone.

Thanking employees is an effective management technique. Every manager and executive must know how to show appreciation to deserving staff members. Good acknowledgments encourage better behavior and increased production. Validating good workers can even help a business recover.

For example, the owner of a small business had a heart attack and could not work for a few weeks. He recovered and came back to work and found he had no money to pay his employees. Instead of asking the employees to leave or borrowing money to cover payroll, the owner used praise and acknowledgment as "pay."

Every employee stayed on board without financial pay for nearly two months. The morale of the group was tremendous. The operation became profitable and the team was rewarded with more money than they would have normally received from a similar job.

You Can Use This Principle in Other Ways

You can use this principle in other ways. For example, workers can boost their success by properly thanking their bosses and coworkers. If your leader and teammates are succeeding, your chances to succeed improve.

Some people have the mistaken idea that it is wrong or weak to praise people. "If I thank him or approve his good work, he'll think I'm inferior." "I can't validate her good work because she's already making more money than me." "Even though Joe is my friend, he's also my competition for the raise so I'm not telling anyone how smart he is."

Of course, this idea is wrong. For example, successful sports teammates are constantly approving and encouraging each other with loud yells and slaps. Without this encouragement, the team and each individual would fail.

Praise also gets a bad name when you are not sincere. Sarcastic praise or lying about your admiration can actually hurt your relationships. Validating and appreciating people only helps you if you are honest.

Meir Ezra:The Reason For Which We Established The Company

Meir Ezra, founder of timemaker, tells:
"As a business owner having projects in several countries, working with several project managers and teams, I discovered that I needed a better way to run the teams and control my business.

Long distance phone calls were not a viable option, letters and faxes were too slow an option and the fastest way was e-mail.

But the current e-mail system was "weak".

It did not help me control the teams.

It was just a simple form of communication that, if not used well and in an organized manner, is not even helping as a paper trail to some important business affairs.

I then contacted a programmer and started building the “software of my dreams” and for my true needs."

Dr. Richard Isaacs - Wellness facility coming to Elk Grove

On June 16, Kaiser doctors and area leaders broke ground at what will eventually be the new Promenade Medical Office Building in south Elk Grove.

The two-story, 67,000- square-foot Kaiser Permanente facility will be designed to focus on matters affecting patients’ mind, body and soul.

It will feature a 50-meter outdoor sports track that will be part of a 4,000-square-foot Sports Medicine Center where athletes can be evaluated and rehabilitated.

In addition to the sports center, the medical office will also house adult medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, health education, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services.

The building is scheduled to open in late 2011.

Elk Grove Mayor Sophia Scherman, Vice Mayor Steve Detrick, city council member Pat Hume, Dr. Richard Isaacs, M.D., and Dr. Lisa Liu, M.D., broke ground where the new facility will be built.

“Your presence in Elk Grove means more quality health and wellness for our residents,” Scherman said in a speech before they broke ground.

Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Liu also addressed the crowd.

Liu said the building will be “thoughtfully designed” with soothing colors, local artwork and a coffee bistro inside.

“We’re committed to making our facility a one-stop shop,” she said.

The new office will have a Healthy Living store where members can buy health and wellness equipment.

“We’ve been looking forward to this for quite some time,” Isaacs said. “Driving through the community, we’re aware of the economic impact in this area.”

Liu echoed that statement in her speech, saying, “I’m sure it won’t be long until this facility is surrounded by retail stores and restaurants.”

The building will be adjacent to the vacant Elk Grove Promenade Mall site where construction halted due to developer General Growth Properties undergoing bankruptcy.
